During the 90´s MOVIO played as a trio. Thursdays continued to be the rehearsal day for the band and the occasional gig brightened up the day. Many bands rehearse to be able to play gigs, but for MOVIO it had always been the other way around; we played gigs so we could rehearse...which was much more fun.

A big change occured in the middle of the 90´s when we left the Vaksala-school hall that had been our rehearsal room for 10+ yrs, to begin practicing in Martins basement. They had to rebuild the hall and we were thrown out. A trio could easily fit into Martins tiny room, so we slowly adapted to the acoustics.

In late 1994 the trio decided to document itself on CD. In a studio setting. We put a lot of effort into the project and had a great time recording in a local studio. Even though Jonas Landahl fell ill and had to skip some recording-dates we thought that our playing was good. Making the cover/logos was great fun. But the resulting CD was a sadly disappointing experience soundwise as the producer/technician had no knowledge whatsoever in recording acoustic music.

This leads us up to the new millenium and a second coming for MOVIO in a larger format...new members will be added old ones will come back. Read more about this exiting period in 00´s .
